Your Questions Answered

Are your Homecare Providers trustworthy?

All of our homecare providers complete fingerprint and background checks, drug screenings, rigorous interviews, and reference checks. We want to ensure your safety and help you feel secure while you or your loved one receives care.

What should I consider when choosing a home health care provider?

When choosing a home care provider, consider your current health care needs as well as what is important to you to maintain or enhance your quality of life. A D.Wright home care provider can assist you with running errands, transportation to appointments or activities, light housekeeping, preparing light meals, medication assistance, personal care, and so much more.

What type of safety precautions do you take to protect against infectious diseases?

At D.Wright Home Health your health and safety is our number 1 priority. All of our staff receive training in infection control practices during the hiring process. They will be screened daily before entering your home for any infectious diseases and will not be allowed into your home if they do not pass the screening process. In that event, we will notify you and offer to send a substitute home care provider to meet your needs.
